Matt Britton, Founder & Chief Executive Officer


Matt Britton is the CEO of Suzy and widely known as one of America’s leading experts on the millennial generation having consulted for over half of the Fortune 500 over the past two decades. Matt’s unique ability to connect the dots between the new consumer culture of today and the business trends of tomorrow is what separates him and offers unique value for his clients. Matt’s best-selling book titled YouthNation, which debuted at #1 on Amazon’s business book list has created the modern day roadmap for corporations large and small alike to approach a generation with power and influence unlike any other emerging demographic in history.


In 2002 Matt founded MRY, a digital and social media marketing services agency, which he would grow from a one-person startup to a global powerhouse with over 500 employees. Over the course of Matt’s 14-year career at MRY, he helped prominent Global corporations develop innovative strategies and successfully launch products aimed at the Millennial Generation. In 2011, MRY was acquired by the Publicis Groupe.


In 2016, Matt joined CrowdTap as CEO, a company he incubated and spun-off from MRY in 2011. In 2017 Crowdtap was renamed as Suzy, a consumer intelligence platform by bringing the voice of real consumers directly to brands at scale and at the speed of culture. 


Katie Gross, Chief Customer Officer


A long-time MRX veteran, Katie Gross knows the importance of bringing your consumer into every business decision. Her deep understanding of the full market research value chain stems from 18 years of international experience across every facet of the industry — working with agencies Mintel and Stylus to individual brands at Avilton Foods, and even within the world of programmatic survey sampling at Cint and Toluna.


Now in her role as Chief Customer Officer, she manages the Sales, CS, and Market Research Center of Excellence teams to provide best-in-class customer service for Suzy’s impressive roster of enterprise clients. Outside of work, Katie tirelessly advocates for women in the workplace, with an added focus on fostering financial independence.


She counts herself a member of Women In Research’s WIR exec program, all-female leadership network Chief, and the Financial Gym. She can be found kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding on the lakes of Northern New Jersey.


Anthony Onesto, Chief People Officer


Anthony Onesto is a leading expert on culture, human resources, and talent. Anthony joined the Suzy™ Team to help scale and drive its mission and vision around culture, talent, and human resources. Anthony brings a unique approach to Human Resources, using design-thinking principles to build a human-centered organization. 


Most recently, Onesto worked as the General Manager for U.S. operations of a global innovation, media and education company called Konrad Group. Prior, Anthony spent time leading the U.S. strategy and operations for SmartUp, a SaaS learning and development startup. He has years of experience in scaling and building culture, human resources, and talent for fast growth technology and innovation companies, including Solidstreaming, Fresh Direct, Zeta Interactive, Big Fuel, and Razorfish. 


In 2015 he founded Ella Adventures, a company that produces a comic book and cartoon series called Ella the Engineer. The purpose of the comic is to encourage young girls to pursue interests in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) and Entrepreneurship. He most recently launched The Ella Project, where awesome women in tech are interviewed and profiled. In 2017, he also co-founded an artificially intelligent-powered HR agent called KAE.ai, which is in beta launch. Anthony is the host of New Yawk HR, a podcast show with a contrarian view of Human Resources and Recruiting.


Anthony is a certified consultant in ExO (Exponential Organizations), which is part of Singularity University. He is also a board advisor to well-funded and high growth tech startups like Namely, Rolepoint, Talentrackr, and Makerspace.NYC, who have collectively raised over 100m in venture capital. He is currently writing a book focused on advising companies on how to prepare for GenZ entering the workforce.

Sofia Hernandez is the Head of N.A. Business Marketing for TikTok, the leading short-form video platform designed to inspire creativity and bring joy. She’s responsible for building innovative marketing solutions that help brands become TikTok fluent and engage with their communities through powerful and creative storytelling.Prior to TikTok, Sofia was the Chief Client Officer at consumer insights platform Suzy where she was responsible for driving revenue retention and growth, informing the product roadmap, and ensuring the entire company was rooted in a ‘customer first’ approach. With over 18 years leading some of the most iconic global marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies including P&G, J&J, and Spotify, Sofia’s passion for people and what makes them tick continues to fuel her keen understanding of how to drive successful connections between brands and the people that love them. An activist at her core, Sofia recognizes her role as part of the 1% of Latina Executives in Tech and is committed to fostering inclusion in the tech industry by incorporating DEI into everything she touches. Sofia is a passionate advocate for social justice and co-founded a unique apparel line, Black on Black BK, that’s dedicated to spreading messages of equality and empowerment.


Gayle Troberman, CMO, iHeart Media


Gayle Troberman is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for iHeartMedia, Inc. As such, she leverages the company’s extensive range of content, experiences and technologies to bring brands together in new ways with consumers across all of the company’s businesses, iHeartMedia’s 859 radio stations and iHeartRadio. Troberman is a marketing innovator and visionary. Prior to iHeartMedia, she served as Chief Marketing and Ideas Officer for IPG Mediabrands; before that, she spent 16 years at Microsoft, first launching Internet startups and building the first branded entertainment team online, and then as their Chief Creative Officer, overseeing their portfolio of brands and global advertising campaigns across consumer and business-to-business products, including Windows, Office, Bing, and XBOX.
