Salesforce to Acquire AI Voice Agent Developer Tenyx

Salesforce has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Tenyx, a developer of AI-powered voice agents renowned for its ability to generate natural and engaging conversational experiences. By incorporating Tenyx's innovative voice AI solutions, which are explicitly designed for service use cases, this acquisition is intended to improve Salesforce's current autonomous agent capabilities for Agentforce Service Agent. 

It is anticipated that Tenyx's expertise will facilitate the advancement of Salesforce's AI-driven solutions, resulting in more intuitive and seamless consumer interactions. The acquisition is expected to be finalized in the third quarter of Salesforce's fiscal year 2025, which concludes on October 31, 2024, provided that all usual closing conditions are met.

Tenyx's CEO Itamar Arel and CTO Adam Earle, along with their team, will collaborate with Salesforce to develop the future of Salesforce's Agent offerings.
