This AI-powered platform centralizes board management and GRC activities, providing organizations with a consolidated view of risk and delivering critical insights. To facilitate the Guadalajara expansion, Diligent partnered with Aeries Technology, Inc., leveraging Aeries’ expertise in advisory, talent acquisition, and scaling services. So far, over 75 employees have been hired in the region across various roles, with more positions available.
